These are photos of an unassembled and assembled full-blind tapered sliding dovetail joint. Note that the pin is abbreviated and that half of the dovetail socket has been enlarged to allow the pin to be dropped into the socket before it is driven forward to lock. Also note that the guide system of the Easy Sliding Dovetail Kit allow you to freely apply the joint at any angle on your work piece. As before, note that the mounting holes for the guide plates are concealed by the joint when assembled.
