This bookcase carcass was built in 4 hours, the panels were already glued up. It is held together only with tapered sliding dovetails. Its assembly does not require glue, screws, clamps or special equipment. The toe kick , top and all of the shelves are joined using the tapered sliding dovetail joint. It can be taken apart or put together in about 3 minutes. Build it in your shop, take it apart for transport and assemble on site!
